Mermaid Disco by Rae, Harlow& Whitby, Vanessa
Vanessa Whitby and her daughter Harlow Rae are the creative minds behind Mermaid Disco®. Vanessa, who was inspired by her daughter's vivid imagination, crafted this story to bring Harlow's enchanting vision to life. The duo's creativity extends beyond the book, as they are also the founders of the lifestyle and apparel brand Wild + Rae®. Founded in Laguna Beach, California in 2018, Wild + Rae offers a unique collection of clothing and accessories designed to spark joy in girls. The brand’s mission is to create magical moments and empower young girls to feel confident. That same mission shines through in Mermaid Disco, which reminds readers that kindness and being a good friend makes the heart glow.
When the moonlight hits just right, the underwater world comes alive... with a disco! Mermaid Disco is a whimsical tale of glittery mermaids who twirl, swirl, and spread kindness beneath the sea. As the music plays and the sea floor shimmers, everyone is ready to dance, everyone except one shy little crab who feels left out. But with open hearts and a little mermaid magic, the sea friends come together to show that no one gets left behind. Filled with music, mermaids, and meaningful moments, this joyful story reminds little readers that true friends are what make the heart glow.
